Please book treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.
We will require a credit card to secure all bookings.
A 48 hour cancellation notice period is required. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charge is imposed for less than 24 hours notice given or for ‘no shows’.
Should you need to cancel your Spa appointment within seven days, we will transfer your treatment to another date & time.
Unfortunately the payment is non refundable.
We would ask you to please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to change (if required) and also to complete a confidential consultation card. We are concerned for your health and require you to inform your therapist of any health conditions you may have, i.e. Diabetes, cancer, allergies etc.
If you have a medical condition and would like to know what treatments you can avail of, please ask our staff who will be happy to help.
Appointment times should be adhered to. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end at the appointed time and full payment must be made.
