Terms & Conditions of Booking

1.            AVAILABILTY ~             please contact our Christmas Co-Ordinators to check availability of rooms and tables on the date you require.

2.                  CONFIRMATION/ALTERATIONS ~ to guarantee your booking, written confirmation should be sent within 7 days of original reservation, enclosing your deposit. Any amendments must be confirmed in writing. Additional space is subject to availability.

3.                  DEPOSITS ~ we require a deposit of £10.00 per person for all party nights and Christmas Day Lunch. £5.00 deposit for Christmas Fayre and £100.00 deposit on all residential packages. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

4.                  PARTY NIGHTS ~ full payment and menu option is required 10 days prior to the event.

5.                  CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL ~ in the event that the Hotel has to cancel any event or package, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund will be given.

6.                  THE HOTEL ~ reserve the right to change or amend any of the content, menus or prices in this brochure should circumstances demand. The hotel reserves the right to refuse undesirable person/s.

7.                  CHILDREN ~ under the age of 18 are not permitted into the party nights. All other children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

8.                  FINAL NUMBERS ~ should be notified 10 days prior to the event. These numbers will form the basis of your account unless more attend.
