Terms and Conditions
Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks from the date of booking after which they will be automatically cancelled, if not confirmed. A deposit of £1000.00 will ensure your booking.

Menus are restricted to one choice per party and your choice of menu along with final details are requested at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to function, with final numbers 48 hours in advance, these will be the minimum numbers charged for.

The Hotel reserve the right to change or amend any of the content, menus or prices in this brochure should circumstances demand.

Prices are inclusive of  VAT at the current rate. Prices indicated are based on today's cost and are
subject to fluctuation.

All accounts must be settled on the day of the function by either cash, credit card, banker's draft or guaranteed cheque.

The client undertakes not to bring beverages or food on to the premises and not cause or permit any of their guests or invitees to do so.

The client assumes responsibility for damage caused by them or any guests, invitees, or other persons attending the function, whether in the room reserved or in any other part of the hotel and undertakes to pay good, or pay restitution for, the making good of any material damage to furniture, fixtures or equipment and any damage caused by persons working on behalf during set-up or dismantling of equipment used by them. Nothing should be affixed to the floors, walls, ceilings or columns at the allocated room, by nails, screws, drawing pins, tape, blue tack, or any other means or be suspended from the rooms.

No advertisement or notice, decoration flag or emblem or device referring to the function may be attached or displayed in or above the interior / exterior of the building unless by prior arrangement with management.

The client undertakes to conduct their function in an orderly manner in full compliance with the rules and directions of the hotel management and all applicable legislation.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the manager by first available post. (Cancellation charges may be applicable in some circumstances).

A room hire charge will be applicable if numbers are below 100 for the meal in the Burrendale Suite.


Deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
